Terms of service

General

✓ Draw: Fanart & Original Characters, Soft NSFW (sexy clothes, poses), Girls + Half Mecha, Emotes / PFP / Streaming related, Character sheet.
✗ Won't draw: Furries(nekomimi tails ok) , R-18(sexual act, private parts), extreme gore, politics related.• Approx. time 2 to 4 weeks depending on the details required and the progress. 1 to 2 weeks for emote and sketches. (Early and rush dateline will include additional fees)
• Please provide info, references and a detail explanation as simple, precise, and not too long. Poses, background, etc.
• I have the right to turn down any commission that isn't in my skills, or comfort level to work with base on the content, duration, and complexity of projects.
• My work is not related to any politics and religion. Not to be used in AI data and training / NFT / other beside what's agreed between us.
• Commission art will be in a resolution of 5k and above, in JPG or PNG format.
• I will be working on the art during my live stream sometimes, not all the process. Unless NDA is signed or request so, if you want to keep it a surprise as a gift.

Revisions

• I will send you updates and WIPs during each stages for approval.
• Please inform if you want to make major changes by sketch and rough colored stage. (No major changes passing this 2 stage, unless additional charges paid)
• A maximum of 2 revisions during the work process. Further revisions will be charged. Any extra changes after approved will come at an extra charge.
• Minor revisions are alright for limited amount. Additional charges for major revisions.

Artist
• I reserve the rights of the commissioned artwork. To share, use it as my own.
• I will not claim the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork.
The commissioner
• Commission artwork is made only for personal use such as upload to website, social media.
• You can print the artwork only for personal use to keep.
• You may not use it to make any profit. (reselling, redistributing, product printings, NFT, etc.)
• You may not make any changes on the commissioned artwork without the artist consent.
• You are not allowed to use it for commercial purposes. (Unless it is made for commercial use purposes)

Payment

• I will only start working after receiving half or full payment of commission.
• Full payment - I'll hand out my work, including work in progress, to client in high res.
• Half payment - I'll hand out my work in reduced resolution of JPG. After finishing the work and I received the other half payment, I'll hand in the original file.
• I'll start working on rough sketches/thumbnail after payment received.
• Cancellation and refund policy: Refund is not permitted once the work has started.
• Price differences base on details and complexity such as weapon, armor, accessories, etc.
• Do not send any payment before I have agreed to take your order.
• Price is in USD. Payment made through Pay Pal.
• All subject to change in the future.
* Your acknowledgement of these terms and conditions at the start of any project will be considered as acceptance of the ToS outlined here.
